Can you get me a loan if I have ATO debt?
Yes. We have access to loans that can help you even if you have ATO debt.
Do I need my latest tax returns or financials?
No. Many of our loans do not need your latest tax returns. We only need to see your business bank statements.
What if I have issues on my credit file?
We may still be able to help, depending on the issues. Call us and talk it through with one of our consultants.
Will talking to several lenders mean several credit checks?
No. One simple enquiry form lets us work with many lenders to find the right loan. No lender runs a credit check until you approve the loan we suggest.
How long does a decision take?
The lender sets the timing. We do not promise a funding date.
Do I have to use my house as security?
No. Some of the loans we can get you are not secured by your home.
Can I pay the loan back early?
Yes. Call or email us and we will get your payout figure for you.
What if I cannot make a payment?
Contact us before the payment is due. We will work out a solution with the lender for you.
Who we are and how we are paid.
NOIZE Finance is a trading name of Noize Agency Pty Ltd. We are not a lender, credit provider or broker, and we do not hold an Australian Credit Licence or an Australian Financial Services Licence.
When you apply, we may introduce you to our dedicated broker, who is appropriately licensed. The broker assesses your situation, works with lenders and looks after you from there. The lender makes every credit decision.
The broker or lender may pay us a fee for the introduction. We will tell you about any fee before you proceed.

Important information about NOIZE Finance
NOIZE provides administrative support and business strategy. Where work is outside our skillset, or the law requires it, we make sure an appropriately qualified professional is involved.
What we may be able to assist with
Depending on what is agreed with you, NOIZE may be able to assist with preparation and business strategy for funding, such as working out the use of funds, preparing forecasts and a funding pack, organising financial records and talking through the options. Assistance may range from an introduction to our dedicated broker, to talking it through, to preparing a full funding pack. Any assistance is administrative and secretarial in nature.
Where a qualified professional may be required
Credit assistance, loan recommendations and any regulated financial advice would need to be provided by our dedicated broker or another appropriately qualified, licensed professional, under their own licence and their own terms. Any offer of securities to investors is handled by an appropriately qualified, licensed professional.
How work may be handled
There is no fixed process. How any piece of work may be handled, and who may carry it out, is discussed with you at the strategy or proposal stage and is subject to written agreement before work starts.
No outcome is promised
NOIZE is not a lender and does not arrange loans itself. NOIZE does not guarantee approval, the amount offered, interest rates, fees, terms or timing. All lending decisions are made by the lender.
Responsibility for advice
NOIZE takes on no liability for regulated advice. Where an appropriately qualified professional provides any advice or regulated work, that professional is responsible for it under their own engagement and terms. NOIZE does not hold an Australian credit licence or an Australian financial services licence.

You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking that information you give us is complete and accurate. Read any document carefully, and get independent advice, before you sign or rely on it.
